What time is check-in? Can I arrange for an early check-in?
Check-in is from 3 pm. Early check-in is possible free of charge if the room is ready; however, this depends on availability. We encourage you to book an additional night before your arrival date to guarantee early check-in.

What time is check-out? Can I arrange for a late check-out?
Check out is at 11am. Late check-out is subject to availability. Please enquire at Reception on the day of departure.

Is there a time I need to check-in by?
Our Reception is open 24/7, so you are free to check-in at any time of day from 3pm.

Can I check in online?
Yes, we encourage guests to check-in online to limit social contact and reduce time a check-in. You will still need to come to Reception and collect your keys.

Can I check out online?
Yes, if you registered your personal email address with Reception. You will receive an email the day before departure to review your bill and pay any outstanding balance. You can also select your departure time for Reception to check you out.

Can I store my luggage if the room is not ready?
Yes, storage is complimentary for all arrivals.

Can I store my bags after check-out? Is there a charge for it?
Yes, it is free on the day of departure, but we do not accept overnight storage.

What time is breakfast available?
Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM Monday-Friday & 07:30 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.

Is my ID/passport required upon check in?
EU Residents: A national ID card, Passport, or EU driver’s licence is required.
Non-UK & Non-EU Residents: Only a Passport is accepted as valid photo-ID.

What is the cost for a cot or an extra bed?
A cot is free for children up to 2 years old, and an extra bed is £30.00 per night.

What are the nearest stations?
The nearest Tube stations are Baker Street, Marylebone (direct route to Bicester Village) and Marble Arch.

Does the hotel have a lift?
No, our hotel does not have a lift however, porter service is provided.

Can I bring my pet to your hotel?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets to stay at our hotel.

Do you have accessible rooms?
Unfortunately, we do not have accessible rooms in our hotel.

Do you offer free Wi-fi to guests?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi to all our guests.

Is there parking nearby?
The NCP Marylebone is our nearest parking garage. Find out more information here. 

Do you provide laundry service?
We recommend using LaundryHeap for any dry-cleaning or laundry needs. They’ll pick-up and deliver within 24h as well. Find out more information here. 

What happens if I lose my key during my stay?
Please be informed that a £50 fee will apply for any lost keys during your stay. We kindly ask you to ensure they are kept safe at all times.
