Gone are the days of dreary room categories found in most hotels. At Montagu Place hotel, Standard, Executive and Deluxe have been replaced by room types called Comfy, Fancy and Swanky.

All rooms are en-suite and feature up to the minute bathrooms stocked with Molton Brown goodies and free bottled water. Guests can choose from either double or twin rooms with bath or shower. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities and room safes. Room entertainment is courtesy of flat screen TV's and free to borrow DVD/CD players with a choice of titles.

The business traveller has not been forgotten either. All rooms are equipped with workstations offering free high-speed internet access, direct dial telephone with voicemail facilities and 24-hour laundry turnaround.
